Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "GARRAFAS OU EMBALAGENS EMPILHáVEIS COM UM BICO DE DESPEJAMENTO COM UMA TAMPA NA VEDAçãO OU TOPO REMOVìVEL". A invenção refere-se ao campo do armazenamento, transporte, recuperação e reciclagem de garrafas ou embalagens (2) feitas de plástico ou de outro material. A invenção permite usar o conteúdo das garrafas ou embalagens (2) à vontade, usando o bico de despejamento (6) e a tampa (3) montados no topo (1), os quais são atarraxados, presos ou fixados por outros meios, e em vedações padrões (5) em qualquer material, fixado no topo das garrafas ou embalagens antes que os topos ou as vedações sejam definitivamente removidas para o empilhamento das garrafas ou embalagens (2). O desenho da invenção se propõe a facilitar o empilhamento de garrafas ou embalagens para reduzir o espaço de armazenamento e para o transporte de reenchimento em um espaço reduzido, e, finalmente, para facilitar a coleta para o reciclo ou para a transformação em matéria-prima. O conceito da invenção é usado para o transporte de suportes (10) destinados a receberem as bases das garrafas ou embalagens (2), o topo da pilha recebendo as placas com a impressão das tampas (3) para protegê-las durante o transporte das garrafas ou embalagens cheias (2). O conceito da invenção atende a necessidade de se usar o produto contido nas garrafas ou embalagens (2) na taxa desejada pelo consumidor, e à vontade, uma vez que ele pode fechar o recipiente com a tampa (3) sem ter que remover a vedação (5) ou o topo (1), e sem que o produto fique também descoberto, facilitando, conseq³entemente, o derramamento.
