"PARAFUSO PEDICULAR APERFEIçOADO", compreendendo um corpo principal (1), que é dotado de um fuso (4), sendo este por sua vez passível de ser rosqueado em um elemento expansível (10), que é previamente posicionado em um orifício (18) produzido em um corpo vertebral (20) que define o leito (21) para o mesmo; o corpo principal (1) conta com uma cabeça de fixação (3), que mediante um pino roscado (16) promove a imobilização de uma barra rígida (2) que é posicionada contra uma parede (6) que integra uma abertura lateral (5) provida na mencionada cabeça de fixação (3).
