Abstract
The prepared monoclonal antibody is strictly specific and is used for antigenic analyses of bacterial strains. This is a high-performance hybridomic cell line. It is obtained by hybridisation of mouse-originating mielomic cells from line X63-Ag8.653 with splenocites from a BALB/c-inoculated mouse and is registered with the National Bank for Industrial Micro organisms and Cellular Cultures under No 1584.
