Abstract

Формоването се осъществява чрезкоекструзия между отворените половини на форма заформоване чрез раздухване (бласформа), която впоследствие се затваря. В същото време се оформя стърчащ навън шев (5) на дъното (4) и излишният материал в този участък се пресова навън така, че материалът на контейнера (2), контактуващ с участъка на шева (5), едновременно с това се заварява. The method is implemented with a minimum of operations, at less cost, with a low level of waste and with increased productivity. A pressure equalization hole can be formed by the method, which can be adapted to attach a pump or sprayer. A rigid outer container (2) and an inner bag (3) of various thermoplastic plastics, which are not interconnected, are made with an opening with an opening. A pressure equalization opening (10) is formed in the outer container (2), two coaxial tubes of sufficient length are preformed. The molding is performed by extrusion between the open halves of a blow molding (blastform) which is subsequently closed. At the same time, a projecting outward seam (5) is formed at the bottom (4) and the excess material in this section is compressed outwards so that the material of the container (2) in contact with the area of the seam (5) is simultaneously welded. The tube forming the bag (3) is tightened, fixed axially and welded between the wall sections of the container (2), subjected to pressure. The walls of the molded workpiece fit inside the contour of the blasform.
