Abstract

Методът намира приложение в металургията. С прилагането му се намалява стъпаловидно температурата на отработения газов поток чрез фино пулверизиран слой, като се предпазват частиците от слепване към повърхностите, както и от синтероването помежду им. Частиците преминават извън пещта, а прахът вътрев гърловината е крехък и финозърнест и може да бъде издухан през изпускателния отвор, без да се прекъсва производственият процес. По метода газовият поток, смесен с пулверизиран твърд материал от синтероване в изпускателен отвор на пещта (1), се подлага на охлаждане. Потокът отработен газ се охлажда в топилната пещ, преди газът да излезе от пещта,а твърдият материал, включен в потока, се охлаждапод неговата точка на топене.
