Abstract

L'invention concerne les 1,4-dihydropyridines de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 est l'hydrogène, cycloalkyle ou alkyle, R2 et R'2 sont hydrogène ou alkyle, R3 est alkyle, -AR4 est hydroxy, alcoxy, acyloxy, amino substitué ou une amine cyclique, A est alkylène et Q un système cyclique condensé insaturé contenant au moins 2 hétéro-atomes différents, et les sels d'ammonium des composés dans lesquels R4 est un groupe amino tertiaire.
