Abstract
Les inventeurs ont découvert qu'un essai utilisant des lignées cellulaires humaines transformées de manière stable comprenant des répétitions de codons sensibles aux modifications de l'ARNt en amont d'un premier gène rapporteur basé sur la luminescence et des répétitions de leurs codons synonymes en amont d'un second gène rapporteur basé sur la luminescence peut être utile pour identifier rapidement les modulateurs des enzymes modifiant l'ARNt.
