Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode pour la production de profilés appropriés pour le renforcement de constructions de béton, dans laquelle les profilés sont obtenus en sciant des profilés mères en acier en profilés partiels nécessaires de longueurs différentes, la méthode comprenant l’introduction des informations concernant les profilés mères et un ensemble de profilés partiels, dans lequel les profilés partiels sont associés à plusieurs ordres dans un système géré par l'ordinateur, dans lequel les informations comprennent la longueur et la forme des profilés, la valeur de stock des profilés mères et le nombre de profilés partiels par ordre; le calcul du nombre minimal nécessaire de profilés mères pour ledit ordre dans ledit système, dans lequel le calcul comprend une simulation dans laquelle les longueurs souhaitées d'un ou plusieurs ordres des profilés partiels sont basées sur la longueur des profilés mères disponibles et dans lequel le schéma de coupe le plus optimal est proposé à l’opérateur d’un dispositif de sciage; et le sciage desdites profilés mères suivant le schéma de sciage proposé.The present invention relates to a method for the production of profiles suitable for the reinforcement of concrete constructions, in which the profiles are obtained by sawing steel main profiles into the necessary partial profiles of different lengths, the method comprising the introduction of the information regarding parent shapes and a set of partial shapes, wherein the partial shapes are associated with multiple orders in a computer-controlled system, wherein the information includes the length and shape of the shapes, the stock value of the shapes mothers and the number of partial profiles per order; calculating the required minimum number of parent profiles for said order in said system, wherein the calculation includes a simulation in which the desired lengths of one or more orders of the partial profiles are based on the length of the available parent profiles and in which the the most optimal cutting scheme is offered to the operator of a sawing device; and the sawing of said mother sections according to the proposed sawing scheme.
