Abstract
De uitvinding betreft deegwaren geproduceerd volgens een klassiek en algemeen gekend basisrecept waarbij één of meerdere levensmiddelen worden toegevoegd aan het basisrecept, waarbij de levensmiddelen een combinatie omvatten van een verbeterde smaakbeleving, geur, mondgevoel, extra structuur, extra textuur, visuele aantrekkelijkheid en/of extra voedingswaarde. De uitvinding betreft eveneens een combinatie van dergelijke deegwaren en een werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van dergelijke deegwaren.
