Abstract

The invention relates to a method in which a malt is mixed with water, after which the resulting mixture is mashed to form a wort, after which hops are optionally added to the wort and the wort is boiled with optionally added hops, after which the wort is cooled and fermented. is added before fermenting the wort into a beer, after which fermentation the yeast is separated from the beer, after which hops are added and the beer is dry hopped into an unclarified dry hopped beer that is then clarified into a dry hopped beer, where after fermentation and before shedding the yeast from the beer, the beer is brought and/or kept at a different temperature in two different spatial zones, whereby this temperature is lower in a spatial zone lower than in a subsoil than in a higher spatial zone. The invention also relates to a dry-hopped beer.
