Abstract
De uitvinding betreft een werkwijze waarbij een mout met water gemengd wordt, waarna het resulterend mengsel gemaischd wordt ter vorming van een wort, waarna optioneel hop toegevoegd wordt aan het wort en het wort met optioneel toegevoegde hop gekookt wordt, waarna het wort afgekoeld wordt en gist toegevoegd wordt voor het vergisten van het wort tot een bier, na welke vergisting de gist afgescheiden wordt van het bier, waarna hop toegevoegd wordt en het bier gedryhopt wordt tot een ongeklaard gedryhopt bier dat vervolgens geklaard wordt tot een gedryhopt bier, waarbij na het vergisten en alvorens de gist af te schelden van het bier, het bier in twee verschillende ruimtelijke zones op een verschillende temperatuur gebracht en/of gehouden wordt, waarbij deze temperatuur in een, ten opzichte van een ondergrond, lager liggende ruimtelijke zone lager Is dan in een hoger liggende ruimtelijke zone.
