Such systems already exist that are used, for example, to roll up a pool cover. But these systems, also called "roll-up", are always specific to a single pool cover that they roll up and roll out again and again. This is because if one sail is wound on the system, there is no room for a second sail. They also have the width of the sail to be rolled up so that it is difficult to transport.

Electric cables are also wound on a sort of automatic winder in, for example, vacuum cleaners. The winder is also specific to only one device.

A reel for a gut or garden hose also serves to roll it up, but here too you cannot use the device frequently. The reel is specific to one intestine or garden hose.

A tape measure can also be placed on a winder to take up less space and be easier to handle. But here too there is only room for one tape measure per winder.

However, the invention relates to an apparatus that can be used frequently and is not specific to only one product to be rolled up. It is compact and easy to transport and is primarily intended to make it easier to roll up heavy suits and then prepare them for transport.

It takes a lot of effort, for example, to roll up a bouncy castle or a heavy tent canvas and then to put the rolled up suit vertically to move it with a hand truck.

When repeatedly performing this action, back and / or other physical complaints will not take long.

Another problem also arises when a bouncy castle or other inflatable attraction is let down in the rain. Because air is no longer blown into the attraction, water can seep in along the stitching. Swimming pool and water games with a constant air supply sink into the water when this air supply is interrupted, and therefore overflow with water. This makes the attractions very heavy and makes it very difficult to roll them up compactly. Furthermore, these attractions also become very slippery, making it difficult to get a good grip on them. And a good grip is also very important to be able to roll up an attraction compactly.

This invention is an apparatus that can be used to more easily roll up and handle the products, dry or wet, in the list above.

The device is actually a construction of tubes and slats that allows the use of a lever when rolling up all the above products. It consists of a tread (2), a tube that is open on both sides, also called open tube (3) and two slats (4) in which holes are approximately the same distance from the center (5) along each side of the center ) to sit. The tread (2) is a relatively narrow piece of pipe with a diameter of at least 150 millimeters, but which is further unlimited in diameter and with a thickness and width that are unlimited. The purpose of this invention or lever disk (1) is to ensure that rolling up and preparing for transporting heavy packs of PVC cloth or other sail material, whether or not filled and weighted with water, will be less stressful on the body in the future of those who perform the task.

Method for using the lever discs (1).

This product must be operated by two people at the same time.

To roll up an inflatable attraction or other (see list above) with the lever discs (1) you first have to fold the product to the correct width. This width varies from product to product and can vary. If the product is folded to the correct width, pull the product double on one side until there is an overlap of approximately 2.5 meters (see Figure 14).

Now insert a lever tube (9) into the open tube (3) of each lever disc (1).

The lever tubes (9) may only come out of the lever discs (1) on one side. You start with the side that points to the front of the product. (see figures 19 and 20)

Now lift the lever tubes (9) and rotate them through 180 ° until the lever tubes (9) are back in horizontal position on the other side and then slide them back in one smooth movement through the open tubes (3) so that you return the same lever without removing the lever tubes (9) from the lever discs (1). Repeat this operation until the product has rolled up. (see figures 21 to 24)

Now that the product has been rolled up and you have tightened a tensioning belt around it, you can remove the lever discs (1) from the cross tubes (8) on both sides, (see figure 25).

Afterwards you pull the cross tubes (8) through the rolled-up suit until they disappear completely into one side, (see figure 26)

The cross tubes (8) now protrude from one side of the rolled-up package. You now use them as handles to effortlessly position the product upright before moving it with a hand truck, (see figures 27 and 28)

Afterwards you pull the cross tubes (8) out of the rolled-up package. (see figure 29)

The lever discs (1) can now be used again to roll up the next product.

The invention can be used not only with the products to be rolled up, indicated in the preamble of the description, but also with all possible products that can be rolled up in order to subsequently transport them more easily, handle them more easily or leave them less space. take in storage.

In the embodiment shown, the lever disk (1) is round in nature. All other forms are of course possible. There are also no limits with regard to the cross-section.
