Abstract

The packaging (1) has a holder (3) and a cistern (4) containing water, where the holder includes parts (3a, 3b) for holding stems (2a) and crowns (2b) of flowers (2). The holder is made of cardboard material with a thickness ranging between 0.5 and 4 millimeter. The part (3a) of the holder is provided with an opening (7) above the cistern for watering the flowers. The part (3b) of the holder enables removal of the flowers in the part (3a) together with the cistern.
