Abstract

The fastener consists of a strap (1) of a plastic, synthetic biodegradable material, fitted with a number of precisely-located non-rusting female (3) and male (5) press studs with retaining caps (2, 4). The strap is designed to go round the top of a bag or the edge of a tent or tarpaulin layer, gripping the material between male and female press studs, which are made in a size appropriate to the thickness of the material involved.

Ustensile de fermeture (b') pour tout type de sacs et sachets, bâches de camions et tentes ; cet ustensile (b') est composé d'une lanière (1) en matière plastique souple, ou synthétique souple ou biodégradable souple. Cette lanière (1) est emboutie de deux boutons pressions femelle (3,6) et de deux boutons pressions de fermeture mâle (5,8) disposés de deux façons bien précise comme sur la Fig.1 et la Fig. 2 pour plus de facilité de fermeture et d'ouverture de l'ustensile de fermeture (b'). La Fig.1 est la vue de face, la Fig-2 la vue arrière de l'ustensile.

   Les agrafes de fixation (2,4,7,9) emboutissent les boutons pressions de fermeture femelle (3,6) et les boutons pressions de fermeture mâle (5,8) ; à noter que la surface de l'agrafe de fixation (2) est de diamètre plus large que le diamètre de la surface des agrafes de fixation (4,7,9) pour plus de facilité d'ouverture et de fermeture de l'ustensile de fermeture (b') et par la même occasion pour pouvoir y installer une décoration quelconque.

  
L' ustensile de fermeture (b') peut être muni de boutons pressions de fermeture femelle (3,6) et de boutons pressions de fermeture mâle (5,8) collés sur une lanière (1) au lieu d'être emboutis par des agrafes de fixation (2,4,7,9), mais toujours disposés de la même façon que sur la Fig. 1 et la Fig. 2. La lanière (1) peut être également de formes, de tailles diverses ainsi que l'agrafe de fixation (2). La Fig-3 représente une coupe de profil gauche d'un sachet (10) quelconque avec la façon de disposer l'ustensile de fermeture (b') qui est représenté de profil gauche également. La Fig.4 représente la façon de fermer l'ustensile de fermeture
(b') par simple pressions des doigts.

   La flèche (a) représente la direction à prendre du bouton pression de fermeture mâle (8) vers le bouton pression de fermeture femelle (6) pour que ceux-ci s'unissent et pincent entre eux la partie supérieure arrière du sachet (10). La flèche (b) représente la direction à prendre du bouton pression de fermeture femelle (3) vers le bouton pression de fermeture mâle (5) qui se trouve à l'intérieur et vers l'avant du sachet (10) pour que ceux-ci s' unissent et pincent entre eux la partie inférieure du sachet (10).

  
Pour ouvrir le sachet (10), il suffit de tirer sur l'agrafe de fixation (2) et faire l'opération inverse pour refermer le sachet (10).

Closing tool (b ') for all types of bags and sachets, truck tarpaulins and tents; this utensil (b ') is composed of a strap (1) made of flexible plastic, or flexible synthetic or flexible biodegradable. This strap (1) is stamped with two female press studs (3,6) and two male closing press studs (5,8) arranged in two very precise ways as in Fig.1 and Fig. 2 for easier closing and opening of the closing utensil (b '). Fig.1 is the front view, Fig-2 the rear view of the utensil.

   The fastening clips (2,4,7,9) stamp the female closing snaps (3,6) and the male closing snaps (5,8); note that the surface of the fastening clip (2) is larger in diameter than the diameter of the surface of the fastening clips (4,7,9) for easier opening and closing of the utensil closing (b ') and at the same time to be able to install any decoration.

  
The closing utensil (b ') can be provided with female closing snaps (3,6) and male closing snaps (5,8) glued on a strap (1) instead of being stamped by fastening clips (2,4,7,9), but always arranged in the same way as in Fig. 1 and FIG. 2. The strap (1) can also be of various shapes and sizes, as well as the fixing clip (2). Fig-3 shows a section in left profile of any bag (10) with the way of arranging the closing utensil (b ') which is also shown in left profile. Fig. 4 shows how to close the closing utensil
(b ') at the touch of a finger.

   The arrow (a) represents the direction to take from the male closing press button (8) towards the female closing press button (6) so that these unite and pinch the upper rear part of the bag (10) . The arrow (b) represents the direction to take from the female closing pressure button (3) to the male closing pressure button (5) which is located inside and towards the front of the bag (10) so that these these join and pinch together the lower part of the bag (10).

  
To open the bag (10), simply pull on the fastening clip (2) and do the opposite to close the bag (10).

1. The present invention relates to a closing utensil for all types of

bags and sachets, tarpaulins for trucks and tents, with non-rusting snaps, precisely arranged on a flexible plastic, synthetic or biodegradable strap, of dimensions adapted according to its use and the pressure exerted by the object that he closes.

All the other closure systems that we know today are completely removed from the object they close, when they are opened.

2. The present invention relates to a closing utensil for all types of bags
