SAMENGESTELD VOORWERP MET FUNCTIONEEL UITEINDE ----------------------------------------------De uitvinding heeft betrekking, in brede zin, op een meerdelig voorwerp met een functioneel element zoals bv. een pin, een haak en dgl. voor het vasthechten/ houden van bepaalde artikelen.
De uitvinding betreft meer in het bijzonder een prikblok met specifieke opbouw voor het vastprikken van papierwaren zoals kastickets, consumptiebonnen enz.
Een prikblok wordt courant gebruikt in cafés, bars en andere horecazaken om de consumptie-en rekeningbonnetjes van de klanten afzonderlijk bij te houden.
In zijn meest elementaire vorm bestaat een prikblokje uit een (houten) voet met een pin of nagel. Hieronder treft men allerlei varianten aan qua vormgeving en materiaal van de voet alsook qua bevestiging van de prik of pin. Verder heeft men ook prikblokjes met een decoratieve design en kleur van de voet of sokkel.
De inventieve gedachte die ten grondslag ligt aan de uitvinding is de onderkenning van de behoefte om een bestaand gebruiksvoorwerp, in casu een prikblokje, technisch te verbeteren met een herkenbaarheidselement in combinatie met het functionele aspect. Onder herkenbaarheidselementen zijn in het bijzonder de door een bepaalde firma, etablissement, vereniging... gebruikte figuratieve elementen (embleem, logo, merk), alsook illustraties en simulaties (miniatuurobjecten) van basis-of succesprodukten te verstaan. Genoemde afbeeldingen zijn zeer representatief voor imago en activiteit van een bepaalde onderneming.
Dit doel wordt bereikt door te voorzien in een voorwerp met de technische kenmerken zoals gedefinieerd in conclusie 1. In de afhankelijke conclusies zijn voorkeuruitvoeringsvormen van en varianten volgens de uitvinding geformuleerd.
Het basiskenmerk van de uitvinding is het gebruik van een representatief element in de vorm van monteerbaar onderdeel dat in het voorwerp op integrerende wijze verwerkt is. Dit heeft het voordeel dat het functionele voorwerp volgens de uitvinding een waarachtige afficherende uitstraling bezit en vooral dat de fabricage ervan meer flexibel en efficient kan verlopen.
De uitvinding wordt toegelicht in de tekening aan de hand van twee uitvoeringsvormen voor een prikblok.
Deze voorbeelden zijn louter illustratief en niet als beperking van de uitvinding te aanzien.
Figuren la-lb vertonen een langsdoorsnede, resp. een opgedeeld totaalzicht van een prikblokje met flesvor-

mig tussenstuk als herkenningselement.
Figuren 2a-2b tonen een variante van de uitvinding met een schijfvormig tussenelement onder het functionele uiteinde van het prikblok.
In de tekening is het prikblok met 1 aangegeven. Het is opgebouwd uit een sokkelblokje of voet 3 en een puntige pin of of prik 2 van geschikte lengte. Volgens de uitvinding is een representatief tussenelement 4 aangebracht tussen prik 2 en voet 3, waarbij het bovendeel van tussenelement 4 als steun dient voor de verankering van prik 2. In fig. 1 is element 4 een miniatuurlichaam, in casu een fles, liefst als getrouwe weergave van een gewenst (merk-) produkt uitgevoerd.
In fig. 2 is het herkenningselement een rond plaatje 4' met kleuropdrukmotief dat bv. een speeltafel, roulette en dgl. weergeeft.
Het bevestigingsmiddel voor de prik is in beide gevallen bij voorkeur een klinknagel 5 die het onderste gedeelte 7 van de prikschacht nauw omknelt en ook een radiale kraag 6 bezit als steun en afstandshouder bij het monteren en vastzetten van de prik en het tussen- element. In fig. 1 is een boring 8 van gepaste dimensies voorzien voor opname van het omknelde schachtdeel 7.
De fixatie tussen voet 3 en tussenelement 4 is in fig.
1 een gewone pin-of schroefverbinding (10, 11, 12).
Alternatief kan bij een hol tussenlichaam of via een langsboorgat in een massief tussenelement de schacht van de prik verlengd worden tot in de steunvoet 3 om daar het geassembleerde geheel te fixeren.
Bij een tussenplaatje zoals weergegeven in fig. 2 is schachtuiteinde 7 bevestigd in een boorgat 9 van de steunvoet 3. Om het plaatje 4'met prik 2 stevig vast te zetten is rond de voet ter hoogte van de bovenrand een ringvormige kraag 13 voorzien waarmee de buitenomtrek van het plaatje een clips-verbinding vormt.
Vanzelfsprekend is de uitvinding niet gelimiteerd tot de hierboven beschreven voorbeelden. Voor de uitvoe- ringsvorm"prikblok"zijn diverse vormen van de voet en het tussenelement mogelijk. Ook de materiaalkeuze is niet beperkt tot de courante materialen metaal, kunststof en hout. Verder zijn de beschreven verbindings-en bevestigingsmiddelen niet in restrictieve zin te interpreteren. Tenslotte zijn andere voorwerpen dan een prikblok denkbaar. Deze behoren eveneens tot de uitvinding, voor zover ze het inventieve concept en de kenmerken van de uitvinding insluiten zoals gedefinieerd in de hiernavolgende conclusies.

COMPOSITE ARTICLE WITH FUNCTIONAL END --------------------------------------------- The invention relates, in a broad sense, to a multi-part object with a functional element such as e.g. a pin, a hook and the like. for attaching / holding certain items.
The invention more particularly relates to a puncture block with a specific structure for pinning up paper products such as receipts, consumption vouchers, etc.
A time slot is commonly used in cafes, bars and other catering establishments to keep track of customers' consumption and bill receipts separately.
In its most basic form, a puncture block consists of a (wooden) foot with a pin or nail. Below you will find all kinds of variants in terms of design and material of the foot and in terms of attachment of the prick or pin. Furthermore, one also has notches with a decorative design and color of the foot or base.
The inventive idea underlying the invention is the recognition of the need to technically improve an existing utensil, in this case a notch block, with a recognizable element in combination with the functional aspect. Recognizable elements include in particular the figurative elements (emblem, logo, brand) used by a particular company, establishment, association ..., as well as illustrations and simulations (miniature objects) of basic or success products. The images mentioned are very representative of the image and activity of a particular company.
This object is achieved by providing an article with the technical features as defined in claim 1. In the dependent claims, preferred embodiments of and variants according to the invention are formulated.
The basic feature of the invention is the use of a representative element in the form of a mountable part integrated in the article in an integrative manner. This has the advantage that the functional object according to the invention has a true displaying appearance and in particular that it can be manufactured more flexibly and efficiently.
The invention is elucidated in the drawing by means of two embodiments for a piercing block.
These examples are illustrative only and not to limit the invention.

In the drawing, the puncture block is indicated with 1. It consists of a base block or foot 3 and a pointed pin or or prick 2 of suitable length. According to the invention, a representative intermediate element 4 is arranged between prick 2 and foot 3, the upper part of intermediate element 4 serving as support for the anchoring of prick 2. In Fig. 1 element 4 is a miniature body, in this case a bottle, preferably as a faithful display of a desired (brand) product.
In Fig. 2, the recognition element is a round plate 4 'with a color print motif, eg a gaming table, roulette and the like. displays.
In both cases the puncture fastener is preferably a rivet 5 which tightly squeezes the lower part 7 of the puncture shaft and also has a radial collar 6 as a support and spacer when mounting and securing the puncture and the intermediate element. In Fig. 1, a bore 8 of appropriate dimensions is provided for receiving the pinched shaft part 7.
The fixation between foot 3 and intermediate element 4 is shown in fig.

Alternatively, in the case of a hollow intermediate body or via a longitudinal borehole in a solid intermediate element, the shaft of the lamprey can be extended into the support foot 3 in order to fix the assembled whole there.
At an intermediate plate as shown in Fig. 2, shaft end 7 is fixed in a borehole 9 of the support foot 3. To secure the plate 4 'with prick 2, an annular collar 13 is provided around the foot at the level of the top edge with which the outer circumference of the plate forms a clips connection.
Obviously, the invention is not limited to the examples described above. For the "piercing block" embodiment, various shapes of the foot and the intermediate element are possible. The choice of materials is also not limited to the common materials metal, plastic and wood. Furthermore, the described connecting and fastening means cannot be interpreted in a restrictive sense. Finally, objects other than a puncture block are conceivable. These also belong to the invention insofar as they include the inventive concept and features of the invention as defined in the following claims.
