Abstract

Dispositif d'échappement des produits de combustion de moteurs deux temps, qui comporte un catalyseur et dans lequel le coude d'échappement est raccordé à une chambre cylindrique séparée d'un amortisseur de bruit par une paroi de rétrodiffusion, le catalyseur (8) étant agencé à l'intérieur de la chambre (3) et maintenu dans un tube de sortie (7), qui est orienté depuis la paroi de rétrodiffusion (5) en direction du coude d'échappement (5), de manière à faire saillie librement, de préférence de façon équiaxe, dans une position identiquement largement éloignée de tous les côtés de la paroi de la chambre (3).
