BACKGROUND OF THE INNOVATION

The innovation relates to a levelling device hand tool, and more particularly to a combination of sense stimulating level reading indicators that inform a user or users a desired degree or gradient has been meet by alerting multiple human senses in combination with or without one another.
Abstract
A multiple senses levelling device provides a simple and accurate level hand type tool advancement and or alternative in the application of levelling, setting and finding a gradient and or degrees and or plumb of objects, fixtures and or structural members most commonly found within the building process and everyday household tasks requiring a plumb or level setting using a hand tool levelling devise.
Designed for most users types, including but not limited to; age, gender, impaired, non-mechanically minded and the professional tradesman. With built in design features to accommodate both visual and hearing impaired people, through a combination of four level indicators, including light, sound, vibration felt through touch and air bubbles. This device clearly demonstrates advanced and more innovative measures to assist the user in the above mentioned tasks than previously captured in combination by other devices of the art.
Making up the device is a hard type material frame housing a series of different senses alerting level reading indicators, which are set to alert the user in a cleaver simple user friendly fashion. All sense alerting indicators can act within any set combination controlled by the user's presettings and can be re-set to any combination at any one time.
With the inclusion of a re-attachable impact sleeve to the head surface of the device, designed to absorb the impact of a hand held hammer tool type strike and made of a hard plastic type material. This addition serves the purpose of adjusting an object beneath the device into a desired position through an applied force of a hammer type tool striking the impact sleeve in a downward motion, sending force trough the impact sleeve and further through the device into the desired object altering the desired gradient of the object without damaging the integrity of the device.
A multiple sense levelling device is made up of internal electronic components creating an electrical circuit powered by a rechargeable battery power source that of which can be replaced or recharged by plugging the device into an external power source designed specifically for the device. The Electronic components are secured within the frame of the device, encased and protected from external elements which could affect the integrity of the components .

Multiple Senses Levelling Device
Description
A multiple senses levelling device includes a (1) surrounding partially hollow wall or frame defining a definitive exterior and interior to the device, and including two opposite open ends. A (2) base levelling surface made slightly wider in dimension for a more stable and larger surface area and a (3) head levelling surface parallel too and holding all the qualities of (2) a base levelling surface with the addition of accommodating a (19) attachable hammer impact sleeve, designed to take the impact of a hand held hammer without jeopardising the integrity and trueness of the device upon impact.
A (4) enclosed air bubble level indictor made of a clear see through material encasing a clear liquid and air bubble combination allows the user to find gradient or a degrees based on the air bubbles stationery position. A (4) enclosed air bubble level indictor is positioned in a (3) head levelling surface and or a (1) wall or frame of the device.
Within the interior of a (1) wall or frame of the device is a (16) internal components holder designed to be inserted and or removed through one or both open ends of the device. A (17) series of rubber rib like bands are attached to a (16) internal components holder to absorb external shock and impact forces internally whilst assist in maintaining a tight fit and non slip grip between a (1) wall or frame interior and a (16) internal components holder.
Positioned within a (16) internal components holder is a (15) rechargeable power supply source provides an electrical current to a (10) electrical circuit wire used to connect all electronic components within the circuit. A (13) power switch is the first receiver of the electronic components in the electrical circuit giving the user the option to turn on or turn off the remaining electronic components of the device.
When a (13) power switch is in the on state, the electrical current travels through a (10) electrical circuit wire to a (11) level tilt type switch which will only reach an on state once the level tilt type switch pre-set gradient or degree is found. Once a (11) level tilt type switch is in the on state the electrical current is allowed to continue through a (10) electrical circuit wire to the next electronic component or components in the circuit.
A (9) circuit divider sends the current through a (10) electrical current wire to a (8) three way switch allowing the selective control over all remaining components in the electrical circuit in any desired combination of the three remaining level indicating components.
A (5) electronic lighting device, a (6) electronic vibrating device and a (7) electronic sound making device all make up the last three remaining components of the electrical circuit that are controlled by the three way switch.
A (5) electronic lighting device is positioned within, next too, parallel and or adjacent to a (4) enclosed air bubble level indictor allowing light to illuminate and shine through a (4) enclosed air bubble level indictor when a (8) three way switch is set to a on state for a (5) electronic lighting device, resulting in a clear visual lighting effect for the user indicating the device has found a desired gradient or degrees.
A (6) electronic vibrating device is controlled by a (8) three way switch and positioned internally within a (1) wall or frame of the device. When a
2019100111 03 Feb 2019 (8) three way switch is set to a on state, a (6) electronic lighting device gives a clear visual lighting effect to the user indicating the device has found a desired gradient or degrees.
A (6) electronic sound or audio device is controlled by a (8) three way switch and positioned internally within a (1) wall or frame of the device. When a (8) three way switch is set to a on state, a (6) electronic sound or audio device gives a clear sound or audio effect to the user indicating the device has found a desired gradient or degrees.
A multiple senses levelling device includes a (20) metallic battery charging terminal housed within a (16) internal components holder and or within a (1) wall or frame of the device. A (20) metallic internal power source terminal allows a (22) external power source to be connected to a (20) battery charging terminal allowing a electrical current to travel through a (10) electrical circuit wire to a (21) metallic battery charging terminal allowing a (15) rechargeable battery power supply source to replenish and store its power supply.
To minimise external elements such as sunlight and water entering a open end of a (1) wall or frame of the device a (18) removable end cap is fitted in a open end of a (1) wall or frame of the device in such a way water and light cannot easily penetrate. A (18) removable end cap is removed to attach a (22) external power source to a (20) metallic internal power source terminal and is refitted once a (22) external power source has or has not recharged a (15) rechargeable battery power supply.
A multiple senses levelling device tool is made up of materials components that when fitted together and in its useable state withstand above ordinary impact from external human forces. A (19) hammer impact sleeve can be attached and removed from a (3) head levelling surface at the users discretion. A (23) hand grip can be found and positioned in the surrounding wall or frame of the device.
Through the aforesaid description, the advantage of the present innovation resides in the fact that through the ability to control and alter the different combinations of sense alerting level reading mechanisms (4), (5), (6) and (7) provides many more prescriptions of use for the skilled, non skilled and senses handicapped user thereby enhancing the practicality of the present innovation and superseding inventions of the art.
While the present innovation has been described in connection with what is considered the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is understood that this innovation is not limited to the disclosed embodiment but is intended to cover various arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and equivalent arrangements.
