Abstract Three Tap Hole to Single Lever Mixer Tap The "tap" is a single body incorporating a lever-mixing tap for hot/cold water supply with an integrated soap dispenser and designed to convert conventional independent hot and cold handle taps in basins/sinks with three tap holes. Thus enabling three hole conversion to a single lever mixer style without having to replace the basin/sink.

IP Australia S6 NOV 2012 Three Tap Hole to Single Lever Mixer Tap The "tap" is a single body incorporating a lever-mixing tap for hot/cold water supply with an integrated soap dispenser and designed to convert conventional independent hot and cold handle taps in basins/sinks with three tap holes. Thus enabling three hole conversion to a single lever mixer style without having to replace the basin/sink. Each hole is used to a varying degree for fixing the tap to the basin/sink as well as providing access to the water supply and soap dispenser reservoir. Water is mixed at the cartridge in the body of the tap and supplied to the spout through the body of the tap without the need of any further piping under the bench as in conventional two handle taps on basin/sink fixings. Apart from where the tap connects to the top of the basin/sink free area under the tap is available for cleaning.
