Abstract
Incorporates: - Large Vertical Male Pins on top and bottom of one side of a playpen panel - Female receptors (holes) for the Large Male Pins on top and bottom side of the opposite side of a playpen panel - Multi-angled surfaces on either side of the playpen panel - Male-to-female surface position-guides/strength-supports on connecting surface TMAPSS is designed to be used on playpens made of Wood, Plastic or Metal. It may be incorporated into the build of a playpen, such as with blow-moulded or injection moulded plastic playpens, or may be added on by the consumer at the time of assembly, as with wooden or metal playpens. The large male pins on the top and bottom sides of the playpen insert into the female receptors (holes) at the top and bottom sides of the opposite side of a separate playpen panel. This connection ensures that the panels remain tightly together. At the time of insertion of one panel into another, due to multi-angled surfaces the consumer is able to select the angle of one panel in relation to another. Once inserted, on all or any of the surfaces, a number of male-to-female surface position guides/strength-supports ensure that the playpen panel is in exactly the predetermined position selected by the consumer. Further, the male-to-female surface position-guides/strength-supports ensure that each panel is secure at the angle that the consumer has installed it and that therefore, without excessive force, the panels, and the playpen, hold and maintain their position.
Description
Description "TikkTokk multi-angled playpen connection system incorporating male-to-female pin and multi-surface position-guides/strength-supports" (TMAPSS) Incorporates: - Large Vertical Male Pins on top and bottom of one side of a playpen panel - Female receptors (holes) for the Large Male Pins on top and bottom side of the opposite side of a playpen panel - Multi-angled surfaces on either side of the playpen panel - Male-to-female surface position-guides/strength-supports on connecting surface TMAPSS is designed to be used on playpens made of Wood, Plastic or Metal. 1
Claims (3)
1. Invented by Kevin Ferreira, there is no other playpen connection system in the world that:
2. uses the Multi-angled connection surfaces on either side of the playpen panel, together with the Male-to-female surface position-guides/strength-supports
3. Uses the design in '1' above, together with the Large Vertical Male Pins on top and bottom of one side of a playpen panel and the corresponding Female Receptors
