1 Description Mini Ciabatte is made from Unbleached wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, brewers yeast, sea salt, malted wheat flour, water added. It has no sugar in its formulation.The production process begins with proving the bread dough; this dough is then shaped by the dough transport, and the final shaped Mini Ciabatte Flat Bread is then oven baked till dry and crisp. There is no further processing before packaging.
