Description

QUICKLY ASSEMBLED HOUSE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a building, and more particularly to a quick assembled house that is assembled quickly easily and securely. Description of the Prior Art Conventional assembled house is environmental friendly and secure, however it is formed of PVC planks. The plank includes a recess disposed on one side thereof and a tenon mounted on another side thereof, and the tenon of the plank is engaged with the recess of another plank, causing an insecure assembly. The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The primary object of the present invention is to provide a quick assembled house that is assembled quickly easily and securely. Another object of the present invention is to provide a quick assembled house that is fire proofing, sound insulating, and heat insulting. A quick assembled house in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame including a plurality of side walls and a roof, characterized in that: the side walls and the roof are formed of a number of first and second planks, wherein each of the first and second planks includes an engaging groove fixed on one side thereof and a locking tenon secured on the other side thereof, wherein the locking tenon includes two downwardly-tilted fastening arms extending outward from a top portion thereof, wherein the fastening arms of the locking tenon of the first plank is inserted to the engaging groove of the second plank so as to connect the first and second planks together; characterized in that each of the first and second planks includes a plane sheet and a combined sheet having at least one curved board and straight plate, wherein the curved board includes the locking tenon and the fastening arm disposed on one side thereof, and the straight plate includes the engaging groove and a retaining recess mounted on one side thereof, and the locking tenon of the curved board is opposite to the engaging groove of the straight plate; characterized in that the straight plate includes a connecting panel mounted thereon and having a number of joining holes arranged on the connecting panel; characterized in that the engaging groove is formed in a dovetail shape; characterized in that each of the first and second planks includes a plurality of hollow chambers disposed therein and spaced apart from each other, in each chamber is filled with temperature keeping and sound insulating material; characterized in that the frame is made of steel, aluminum alloy, wooden or wood-plastic material; characterized in that the frame is made of wooden, PVC, aluminum alloy or wood-plastic material. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a quick assembled house in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention; 2 Fig. 2 is a side plan view showing a first or second plank in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 3 is a side plan view showing another first or second plank in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 4 is a side plan view showing the assembly of first or second planks in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 5 is a side plan view showing the assembly of another first or second planks in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 6 is a partial cross sectional view showing the assembly of first or second planks in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 7 is a plan view showing a connecting panel of the quick assembled house in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention. Referring to Figs. 1-6, a quick assembled house according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame 2 including a plurality of side walls and a roof, the side walls and the roof being formed of a number of first and second planks 1. The frame 2 is made of aluminum alloy based on desired sizes and shapes 3 and includes the side walls and an inverted V-shaped roof, on the frame 2 are disposed the first and second planks 1, each including a plane sheet and a combined sheet having at least one curved board la and straight plate Ib. The plane sheet is used to be the side walls and the combined sheet serves as the roof. Each of the first and second planks I also includes a joining structure mounted on two sides thereof, wherein the joining structure includes an engaging groove II fixed on one side of each of the first and second planks 1 and a locking tenon 15 secured on the other side of each of the first and second planks 1, the engaging groove 11 includes two retaining recesses 13 arranged therein, and the locking tenon 15 includes two downwardly-tilted fastening arms 16 on a top portion thereof. Each of the first and second planks 1 is formed in a square shape and includes a plurality of hollow chambers 14 disposed therein and spaced apart from each other. In each chamber is filled with temperature keeping and sound insulating material (such as foaming material). Besides, the straight plate lb includes a connecting panel 3 mounted thereon and being perpendicular thereto, the connecting panel 3 includes a number of joining holes 31 arranged thereon. In assembly, the locking tenon 15 of the first plank 1 is inserted to the engaging groove 11 of the second plank 1 so that the fastening arm 16 of the first plank engages in the retaining recess 13 of the second plank 1. Thereafter, some combined first and second planks 1 are attached to the frame 2 by ways of screwing elements, and others combined first and second planks I are fixed to the roof by inserting a nylon lock through the joining holes 31 of the connecting plane 3 to engage with the frame 2, thus finishing the assembly. While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance 4 with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. 5
