Description of the PriorArt A regular stuffed apparel 3, as shown in Figure 1, comprises a shell fabric 31, lining fabric (not shown), and a stuffing material, for example, feather, down, polyfill, or the combination of feather and down stuffed in between the shell fabric 31 and the lining fabric. This design of stuffed apparel is effective to keep the user's body warm. However, because a stuffed apparel is bulky and not a fashionable product, it cannot attract children to wear it.
For the purposes of this specification the word "comprising" means "including but not limited to", and the word "comprises" has a corresponding meaning. Also a reference within this specification to a document is not to be taken as an admission that the disclosure therein constitutes common general knowledge in Australia.

SSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been accomplished under the 00oo circumstances in view. It is therefore one object of the present invention O 5 to provide a stuffed apparel that attracts children to wear. According to the present invention, the shell fabric of the stuffed apparel is transparent or translucent, so that the color of the stuffed material is visible from the outside of the stuffed apparel, causing a sense of beauty.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING Figure 1 is a perspective view of a stuffed apparel according to the prior art.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of a stuffed apparel according to the present invention.
Figure 3 is a sectional view of a part of the stuffed apparel according to the present invention.
Figure 4 is a sectional view of a part of an alternate form of the stuffed apparel according to the present invention, showing a waterproof-breathable film bonded to the inner surface of the shell fabric.
Q- DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

SReferring to Figures 2 and 3, a stuffed apparel 1 in accordance with the present invention is shown comprising a shell fabric 11, a lining 00oo fabric 12, and a stuffing material stuffed in between the shell fabric 11 O 5 and the lining fabric 12. The stuffing material can be feather 21, down 22, polyfill (not shown), or the combination of feather 21 and down 22.
The main features of the present invention are outlined hereinafter.
The shell fabric 11 is a transparent or translucent fabric so that the color of the stuffing material, the feather 21 and/or the down 22 and/or polyfill is visible. This visual effect is attractive to children, inviting children to wear the apparel 1.
Further, the shell fabric 11 may be processed through a printing process or flocking process, showing a design that matches with the color of the feather 21 and/or the down 22 and/or the polyfill to cause a sense of beauty.
Referring to Figure 4, the inner surface of the shell fabric 11 may be bonded with a layer of waterproof-breathable film 111 to prohibit the stuffing material, such as down 22 from piercing through the shell fabric 11.
Further, the stuffing material, the feather 21 and/or the down 22 and/or the polyfill can be colored in one single color or in multiple colors,

Scausing a color sense of beauty.
As indicated above, the invention has the following advantages: oo 1. The color of the stuffing material of the apparel, the color of O 5 the feather 21 and/or the down 22 and/or the polyfill is visible through the transparent or translucent shell fabric 11, giving a visual effect.
2. The stuffing material of the apparel provides a warm-keeping effect as well as a visual effect to attract children to wear.
Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detailed for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims (4)

1. A stuffed apparel comprising a shell fabric, a lining fabric, and a 00oo stuffing material stuffed in between said shell fabric and said lining O 5 fabric, said stuffing material being selected from at least one item of a group of materials including feather, down and polyfill, wherein said shell fabric has the quality that one can see through so that the color of said stuffing material is visible from the outside of the apparel.
2. The stuffed apparel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said shell fabric is treated through one of the processes of printing and flocking to provide a design.
3. The stuffed apparel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said shell fabric has an inner surface thereof bonded with a waterproof-breathable film.
4. The stuffed apparel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said stuffing material is colored with at least one color.
