The prosthesis femoral section (4) has at the lower end of an anchoring member (2) two convex condylar shells (12). At the upper end of the stem (14) of the tibial section (16) is a plate with two corresponding concave support faces (18) and a cam (19) in the dorsal area (21) of the plate between them. The cam protrudes upwards into a gap (25) between the condylar shells. A transverse pin (26) on the femoral section passes through it in the medial-lateral direction. The cam has an eyelet (20) for inserting of the pin.
