Abstract

The invention relates to method from drying a particularly liquid or pasty material for drying, whereby the material for drying (1a) is introduced into a drying container (2), pressurised with a hot gas and/or through which a hot gas flows. The method is characterised in that a filling material made up of a number of filling bodies (3) is introduced into the drying container (2), whereby the filling bodies (3) are kept in motion during the drying process and come into contact with each other and/or with the material for drying (1a) and/or with the container wall.
