Abstract

Device for the continuous production of a nonwoven web from filaments made from a thermoplastic synthetic comprise a spinning nozzle (1), a cooling chamber (2), a stretching unit (4) and a depositing device for depositing filaments to the nonwoven web. The cooling chamber is divided into at least two cooling chamber sections (2a, 2b) to contact bi-component filaments and multi-component filaments with process air with different convective heat discharge unit. Different polymer fusions can be fed to the spinning nozzle. The convective heat discharge unit has different temperatures.
