Abstract

The invention relates to a dust burning device (1) comprising a dust inlet (2) and a primary air inlet (3). The dust inlet (2) is provided with an annular dust duct (4) while the primary air inlet (3) is equipped with an annular air duct (5). In order to create a dust burning device (1) which is designed in a simple and inexpensive manner while being very efficient, a central duct (7) is disposed in the housing (6) of the dust burning device (1), a burner apparatus (8) encompassing an ignition mechanism (9) is placed in the central duct, and a combustion air inlet (10) is connected to the central duct (7).
