Abstract

The method involves cleaning bottles with a cleaning solution using at least one additive added by a dosing pump (maintenance dosing), allowing the cleaning solution to settle in separate sedimentation tanks during cleaning pauses, pumping the settled solution back into the machine after a pause and refreshing it with at least one additive (impact dosing). Maintenance and impact dosing use the same dosing pump.
