Abstract

In the burner longitudinal axis is an oil ignition lance (1), arranged inside a core air tube (2). The core air tube at its lateral rear end is closed by a plate (2a), through which the oil lance passes, and in the vicinity of its rear end has a lateral aperture (2b). The core air tube is axially displaceably located in a guide tube (4). Joined at right-angles to the guide tube is a core air feed tube (5). The lateral aperture of the core air tube is aligned with the outlet aperture of the core air feed tube with a corresp. axial opening width so that by displacement of the core air tube the air fed via the core air feed tube can enter uninterruptedly in the core air tube.
