Abstract

A device has an image sensor (5), one or more presence or movement sensors (6) and an electronic controller-analyzer coupled to these sensors. Devices for detecting sabotage (DDS) to any sensor have encased illumination devices (7) to transmit light into a room being monitored through a lens window in the image sensor and/or an approach window in the presence or movement sensors. The DDS store and check stable features for images picked up by the image sensor.
