Vorrichtung für Webstühle mit selbsttätiger Spulenauswechslung zum Auffangen und Hatten des mittels Druckluft von der Spule weggeblasenen Fadenendes.
Vorrichtungen zum Halten des mittels Druckluft von der Spule abgeb1asenen Fadenendes zum Zwecke der Schützeneiafädelung sind bekannt. Sie bestehen entweder aus Kästen mit eigenartig angebrachten Zwischenböden, in welchen sich die Fadenreserve nach dem Abblasen verfängt, oder aus beständig sich drehenden Rollen oder Spindeln, auf die sich der abgeblasene Faden aufwickeln soll. Diese bekannten Vorrichtungen erfüllen jedoch ihre Aufgabe nur unvollkommen, weil die Fäden häufig abreissen, dann in das Gewebe gelangen, daselbst Webfeh1er erzeugen und sonstige Störungen verursachen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, das häufige und unzeitige Abreissen des abgeblasenen Fadens dadurch zu verhüten, dass seine Zugbeanspruchung während der Einfädelung möglichst verringert wird.
In der Zeichnung ist Fig. 1 die Vorderansicht und Fig. 2 die Draufsicht der Vorrichtung, beide teilweise im Schnitt.
In einem gewissen Abstande von der Spitze der zum Einschlagen in den Schützen bereittiegenden Spute a und senkrecht dazu ist eine Walze b angeordnet und auf einer hohlen Welle h befestigt, die sich lose auf der Welle c drehen kann. Die Welle r ist im Webstuhlrahman gelagert und wird von der Hauptwelle des Webstuhles aus in Drehung versetzt. Die Walze b ist mit Kratzenbeschlag oder mit einem anderen Stoff, z. B. Samt, Plüsch oder Wolltuch, überzogen, an dem baumwollfaden leicht hängen bleibt. Infolge der Reibung nimmt die Walze b für gewöhnlich teil an der Drehung der Welle c.
Sobald aber die Fadenreserve in bekannter Weise durch einen Luftstrom von der Spule abgeblasen worden ist und sich der dabei nachgezogene Faden d auf die Walze b aufgelegt hat, bleibt diese stehen, während die Welle c weiter gedreht wird. Die Reibung der hohlen Welle h auf

Devices for holding the thread end blown off the bobbin by means of compressed air for the purpose of threading the shooter are known. They consist either of boxes with peculiarly attached intermediate floors, in which the thread reserve gets caught after blowing, or of constantly rotating rollers or spindles on which the blown thread is to wind up. However, these known devices do their job only imperfectly, because the threads often break off, then get into the fabric, there generate weaving errors and other disturbances.
The aim of the invention is to prevent the frequent and untimely tearing of the blown thread by reducing its tensile stress as much as possible during the threading process.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 is the front view and Fig. 2 is the plan view of the device, both partially in section.
At a certain distance from the tip of the spute a ready to hit the shooter and perpendicular to it, a roller b is arranged and mounted on a hollow shaft h which can rotate loosely on the shaft c. The shaft r is mounted in the loom frame and is set in rotation by the main shaft of the loom.
