The process is as follows: The clean bottles are corked, then placed in the storage box and heated to over 100 ° C; this kills all organisms.

After cooling down, the corked bottles are pressed against the openings 6, 7, 8; the cone is set in such a way that the coking device is not located above any opening; now you hit the cork all the way down; then adjust the cone so that the mechanism and the openings coincide; the cork is pulled out of a bottle by the uncorking device, the cone with the filling device is placed over this bottle; Then the taps 22, through which carbon dioxide reaches the bottle from the counter-pressure vessel, are opened, then the tap 21 is opened and the beverage flows into the bottle due to the effect of the overpressure.

Before the bottle is filled, the next bottle is uncorked, whereupon the cone is turned by a third. Now you cork the first bottle, drive in a new cork, uncork the third while the second is being filled, and so all this is repeated. As a result, the drink flows uninterruptedly and in this way it is prevented that the slight sediment in the vessel from which it is drawn off is stirred up.
