Abstract
La invención consiste en un procedimiento para preparar una solución acuosa que contiene D-talitol, en donde se forma D-psicosa in vitro a partir de D-fructosa, que está disuelta en una solución acuosa, por tratamiento con una epimerasa, tras lo cual la D-psicosa se reduce por tratamiento con una oxidorreductasa dependiente de NAD(P)H in vitro en D-talitol. El D-talitol contenido en la solución acuosa se puede oxidar de manera simple por tratamiento con una oxidorreductasa en D-tagatosa o D-psicosa.The invention relates to a process for preparing an aqueous solution containing D-thalitol, wherein D-psicose is formed in vitro from D-fructose dissolved in an aqueous solution by treatment with an epimerase, after which the D-psicose is reduced to D-thalitol by treatment with an NAD(P)H-dependent oxidoreductase in vitro. The D-thalitol contained in the aqueous solution can be oxidized in a simple manner to D-tagatose or D-psicose by treatment with an oxidoreductase.
