Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto que comprende una fórmula molecular de acuerdo con C₅₃H₉₀N₂O₄₄, caracterizado además por los espectros de RMN enumerados en la Tabla 1 y la Tabla 2, o una sal del mismo. Reivindicación 2: Un compuesto, opcionalmente de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que tiene la fórmula estructural (1) o una sal del mismo. Reivindicación 5: El compuesto de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 o 2 o la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 a 5, en donde el compuesto o la composición tiene actividad fungicida. Reivindicación 8: Un proceso para producir el compuesto de acuerdo 15 con la reivindicación 1 o 2, o la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 a 7, que comprende cultivar un microorganismo en un medio de fermentación adecuado en condiciones que permitan la producción del compuesto. Reivindicación 9: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 a 7, o el proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, donde el microorganismo es un Streptomyces sp., preferentemente un Streptomyces chrestomyceticus, S. rimosus, S. paromomycinus o S. albofaciens, preferentemente un Streptomyces sp., que tiene una secuencia de ARN 16S que tiene al menos 98% de identidad con la SEQ ID Nº 1, preferentemente en donde el microorganismo es Streptomyces sp. Claim 8: A process for producing the compound according to claim 1 or 2, or the composition according to any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising culturing a microorganism in a suitable fermentation medium under conditions allowing the production of the compound. Claim 9: The composition according to any one of claims 3 to 7, or the process according to claim 8, wherein the microorganism is a Streptomyces sp., preferably a Streptomyces chrestomyceticus, S. rimosus, S. paromomycinus or S. albofaciens, preferably a Streptomyces sp., having a 16S RNA sequence having at least 98% identity to SEQ ID No. 1, preferably wherein the microorganism is Streptomyces sp. Saigon413 deposited at the Westerdijk Institute under accession number CBS149411. Claim 13: The method according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the phytopathogenic microorganism is a fungus, preferably belonging to Zymoseptoria, Puccinia, Magnaporthe, Blumeria or Parastagonospora, preferably a fungus belonging to Zymoseptoria tritici, Pucinnia recondite, Puccinia recondita f. sp. tritici, Magnaporthe grisea, Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici or Parastagonospora nodorum. Claim 14: The method according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the plant is rice, wheat, corn, soybean or banana.
