Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un compuesto que tiene la fórmula (1) en la que R es alquilo o alquilarilo; cada uno de X¹, X², X³, X⁴ y X⁵ es, independientemente, H, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxilo, haloalquilo, haloalcoxilo, alquiltio, haloalquiltio, amino, alquilamino, dialquilamino, alcoxicarbonilo, alquilcarbonilo, hidroxialquilo, éster, ácido, halógeno, -SH, -OH, -NH₂, -NO₂, -CN o CF₃; Y es O ó S; y Z es un halógeno. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para preparar un compuesto que tiene la fórmula (1) en la que R es alquilo o alquilarilo; cada uno de X¹, X², X³, X⁴ y X⁵ es, independientemente, H, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, alcoxilo, haloalquilo, haloalcoxilo, alquiltio, haloalquiltio, amino, alquilamino, dialquilamino, alcoxicarbonilo, alquilcarbonilo, hidroxialquilo, éster, ácido, halógeno, -SH, -OH, -NH₂, -NO₂, -CN o CF₃; Y es O ó S; y Z es un halógeno, que comprende hacer reaccionar una alquil-urea o tiourea de la fórmula RNH(C=Y)NH₂ con un ortoformiato de trialquilo en presencia de un derivado de cianoacilo que tiene la fórmula RC(O)CH₂CN, en la que R es OH, O-R o S-R, en los que R es alquilo, o con un dialquilacetal de cianoacetaldehído, en condiciones suficientes para obtener el compuesto de la fórmula (2). Reivindicación 53: Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 52, en el que el compuesto de la fórmula (1) producido tiene la estructura de fórmula (3).
