Abstract
Una técnica para el tratamiento de la incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo en la mujer que consiste en el emplazamiento de una red de hilos reabsorbibles en los espacios sub uretral y uretro vaginal, hilos de policaprolactona (PCL) y polidioxanona (PDO), hilos malla, hilos pluri e hilos monoscrew, que se aplican con instrumentos especialmente diseñados para el ejercicio de esta técnica.
