Abstract
La presente se refiere a un sistema de fijación de los brazos de una suspensión en eje vehicular utilizada preferentemente en camiones, ómnibus, remolques y semirremolques, comprendiendo un par de brazos (1) posicionados en sentido longitudinal al chasis del vehículo, con una de las extremidades fijada rotuladamente a los soportes frontales (2), la parte intermediaria fijada al eje vehicular (3), y la extremidad opuesta fijando los amortiguadores neumáticos (4), y demás componentes de una suspensión neumática, siendo que cada brazo (1) comprende un cubículo (7) constituido de un semicojinete con la forma de la superficie de intersección con el eje vehicular (3), dicho cubículo (7) es dotado de un orificio circular en la región central en el cual se fija un anillo (8) cilíndrico, en donde cada brazo (1) está fijado al eje vehicular (3) por medio del cubículo (7), con el anillo (8) alojándose en un perno (9) solidario al eje (3), comprendiendo adicionalmente una abrazadera (5) en forma de U invertida que envuelve a la viga del eje (3) por debajo y está atornillada al cubículo (7).This relates to a system for fixing the arms of a vehicle axle suspension preferably used in trucks, buses, trailers and semi-trailers, comprising a pair of arms (1) positioned longitudinally to the vehicle chassis, with one of the ends rotatably fixed to the front supports (2), the intermediate part fixed to the vehicle axle (3), and the opposite end fixing the pneumatic shock absorbers (4), and other components of a pneumatic suspension, each arm (1) comprising a cubicle (7) consisting of a half-bearing with the shape of the intersection surface with the vehicle axle (3), said cubicle (7) is provided with a circular hole in the central region in which a cylindrical ring (8) is fixed, where each arm (1) is fixed to the vehicle axle (3) by means of the cubicle (7), with the ring (8) being housed in a bolt (9) integral with the axle (3), additionally comprising a clamp (5) in the form of an inverted U that surrounds the axle beam (3) from below and is bolted to the cubicle (7).
