Abstract

Método para preparación de una bebida en base a malta, en particular una cerveza, que comprende los pasos de: (a) preparar en el lugar una solución de azúcar fermentable; (b) macerar malta obteniendo un macerado de malta; (c) filtrar el macerado de malta obteniendo un mosto; (d) hervir el mosto; (e) agregar la solución de azúcar fermentable al mosto después de la filtración del macerado de malta; (f) fermentar la mezcla de mosto / solución de azúcar fermentable obteniendo una bebida en base a malta.
