Abstract
Un concentrado salado caracterizado porque comprende: a) por lo menos un 30% en peso, en peso del concentrado, de una fase oleosa que comprende aceite líquido, b) 3 - 30% en peso del concentrado, de una sal comestible, c) 1 - 50% en peso del concentrado, de ingredientes que dan gusto salado, d) hasta 10% en peso, en peso del concentrado, de agua, y e) una preparación fibrosa de material de la pared celular desprendida de tejido vegetal; donde la preparación fibrosa está dispersa en la fase oleosa en una concentración de 0,1 a 10% en peso, en peso del peso combinado del aceite líquido y la preparación fibrosa. También se refiere a un método para la preparación del concentrado salado y a un proceso para la preparación de un producto salado listo para comer con el uso del concentrado salado.
