Abstract

Esta divulgación se refiere a moléculas de ácido nucleico y métodos para usarlas para el control de plagas de insectos mediante la inhibición mediada por la interferencia de ARN de secuencias codificantes diana y no codificantes transcritas en plagas de insectos, entre ellas plagas de hemípteros. La divulgación también se refiere a métodos para hacer plantas transgénicas que expresan moléculas de ácido nucleico útiles para el control de plagas de insectos y las células vegetales y plantas obtenidas por este.
