Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Composición que comprende un agente profiláctico o un agente terapéutico o un suplemento dietario profiláctico con potencial terapéutico útil en la prevención y tratamiento de enfermedades causadas por virus de la familia Birnaviridae, que comprenden péptidos sintéticos que tienen la propiedad de reducir la tasa de infección de animales expuestos a un virus de la familia Birnaviridae en particular. Reivindicación 3: Composición que comprende un agente profiláctico o un agente terapéutico o un suplemento alimentario profiláctico con potencial terapéutico útil en la prevención y tratamiento de enfermedades producidas por virus de la familia Birnaviridae de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en donde los péptidos sintéticos corresponden a subsequencias que codifican proteína pVP2 de la cápside vírica. Claim 10: A method for applying a composition to prevent or treat diseases caused by viruses of the Birnaviridae family, in particular for the prophylactic control of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNv), which comprises applying synthetic peptides in concentrations between 10⁻ ¹⁰ and 10⁻⁴ M, qᵘᵉ ᵗⁱᵉⁿᵉⁿ ˡᵃ ᵖʳᵒᵖⁱᵉᵈᵃᵈ ᵈᵉ ʳᵉᵈᵘᶜⁱʳ ˡᵃ ᵗᵃˢᵃ ᵈᵉ ⁱⁿᶠᵉᶜᶜⁱóⁿ ᵈᵉ ᵖᵉᶜᵉˢ ᵉˣᵖᵘᵉˢᵗᵒˢ ᵃ IPNᵛ, ᵈᵒⁿᵈᵉ ᵉˡ ᵃᵍᵘᵃ ᵈᵉ ᶜᵘˡᵗⁱᵛᵒ ᶜᵒʳʳᵉˢᵖᵒⁿᵈᵉ ᵃˡ ᵛᵒˡᵘᵐᵉⁿ ᵈᵉ ᵃᵍᵘᵃ ᵉⁿ ᵉˡ ᵉˢᵗᵃⁿqᵘᵉ ᵈᵒⁿᵈᵉ ˢᵉ ᵐᵃⁿᵗⁱᵉⁿᵉⁿ ˡᵒˢ ᵖᵉᶜᵉˢ ᵖᵉqᵘᵉñᵒˢ. Claim 11: A method for applying a composition to prevent or treat diseases caused by viruses of the Birnaviridae family, in particular for the prophylactic control of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) according to claim 10, wherein the peptides correspond to peptides with an identity of at least 80% compared to the amino acid sequences SEQ ID No. 1 or SEQ ID No. 2.
