Abstract
Una formulación detergente liquida, alcalina y acuosa para el lavado manual de la vajilla, que comprende: i) entre el 9 y el 20% en peso de un sistema tensioactivo; en el cual del 2 al 5% en peso del sistema tensioactivo comprende alquilbencen-sulfonato lineal; y el 7 al 17% en peso del sistema tensioactivo comprende un alquiléter-sulfato y donde menos del 1% en peso del sistema tensioactivo comprende tensioactivo no iónico y donde la relación en peso de alquilbencen-sulfonato lineal (como ácido LAS) a alquiléter-sulfato es inferior o igual a 1:2,2 y ii) en la cual el pH de la formulación varia en un rango de 9,1 a 11; iii) en la cual la formulación comprende, además, un sistema de ajuste de pH, tamponador y espesante que comprende al menos 5% en peso de la formulación total, en la cual el sistema comprende uno o más componentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en carbonato de sodio, carbonato de hidrógeno de sodio, carbonato de potasio y carbonato de hidrógeno de potasio y iv) en la cual la formulación tiene una viscosidad variable en el rango de entre 1,5 y 6,0 Pa.s cuando se mide a un esfuerzo cortante de 21 s⁻¹, ᵃ ²⁵ºC.A liquid, alkaline and aqueous detergent formulation for manual dishwashing, comprising: i) between 9 and 20% by weight of a surfactant system; in which 2 to 5% by weight of the surfactant system comprises linear alkylbenzene sulphonate; and 7 to 17% by weight of the surfactant system comprises an alkyl ether sulfate and where less than 1% by weight of the surfactant system comprises non-ionic surfactant and where the weight ratio of linear alkylbenzene sulphonate (as LAS acid) to alkyl ether- sulfate is less than or equal to 1: 2.2 and ii) in which the pH of the formulation varies in a range of 9.1 to 11; iii) in which the formulation further comprises a pH adjustment system, buffer and thickener comprising at least 5% by weight of the total formulation, in which the system comprises one or more components selected from the group consisting of sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate and potassium hydrogen carbonate and iv) in which the formulation has a variable viscosity in the range of 1.5 to 6.0 Pa.s when measured at a shear stress of 21 s⁻¹, ᵃ ²⁵ºC.
