Abstract
Composiciones acuosas de cuidado oral que son útiles para combinar y administrar ingredientes poco compatibles, por ejemplo, para proveer niveles eficaces de agentes antibacterianos catiónicos en combinación con polímeros que protegen contra la erosión y las manchas, mediante la adición de una cantidad estabilizadora de una poliamina, por ejemplo, lisina. Reivindicación 18: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque: (a) el polímero ácido oralmente aceptable comprende una mezcla de (a) un copolímero de anhídrido maleico y éter metilvinílico en una cantidad de entre 0,5% y 1,5% y (b) un copolímero fosfato / acrilato en una cantidad de entre 0,5% y 1,5%; (b) el polímero no iónico oralmente aceptable comprende un polietilenglicol con un peso molecular de entre 5 kD y 20 kD en una cantidad de entre 0% y 3% y poloxámero 407 en una cantidad de entre 0% y 1%, en una cantidad combinada de entre 1% y 3%; (c) hay una cantidad eficaz de un agente activo catiónico oralmente aceptable, como una forma libre o una sal oralmente aceptable, que comprende clorhexidina en una cantidad de entre 0,1% y 0,2%; (d) el compuesto de poliamina, como una forma libre o una sal oralmente aceptable, es lisina como una forma libre o una sal oralmente aceptable en una cantidad de entre 0,5% y 3%; y (e) el agua está presente en una cantidad de 70% - 95%; donde la composición opcionalmente también comprende lauril sulfato de sodio en una cantidad de hasta 1%; y donde todas las cantidades se expresan con relación al peso total de la composición.
