Abstract

Producto basado en té, que comprende los siguientes pasos; a) proveer té negro en hojas que tiene un contenido de humedad inferior al 5%; b) agregar agua en una cantidad del 30 al 80% en peso del té negro en hojas del paso (a); y, c) liofilizar o secar al vacío las hojas del té negro del paso (b) a un vacío inferior a 600 Pascal y a una temperatura de -60ºC a + 60ºC, para obtener el producto basado en té.
