Abstract
Las formas de realización de la presente se refieren a variantes de glucoamilasa de Trichoderma reesei (TrGA) que tienen propiedades mejoradas (por ejemplo, mejorada termoestabilidad, mejorada actividad específica y/o resistencia a la pérdida de actividad relacionada con la oxidación). Además, se proveen composiciones que comprenden glucoamilasas variantes. Estas composiciones son útiles en diversas aplicaciones del proceso del almidón.
