Abstract
La manta acondicionadora, absorbente y gelificadora de agua se utiliza para proteger las mercaderías transportadas en contenedores de la lluvia interna, sin producir derrames ni mojaduras. El objetivo es evitar las perdidas por focos de mohos, pudrición y deterioro de las mercaderías; conservando las características de la misma sin generar pérdidas económicas. Se desarrollan tres presentaciones de la manta acondicionadora, absorbente y gelificadora de agua. La primera esta compuesta por un polietileno micro-perforado, una capa de tela no tejida permeable, en el interior un polímero súper-absorbente y se le incorporan alas en ambos laterales con una carga de polímero súper-absorbente, para que absorba y gelifique el agua de condensación que escurre por las paredes de los contenedores. Una segunda presentación, que tiene la misma conformación de la primera presentación, con la diferencia de que reemplaza al polietileno micro-perforado por una capa de fibra de alta densidad de nylon, tyvek, y contiene polímero súper-absorbente que absorbe y gelifica el agua en su interior. La tercera presentación, compuesta por una capa de tyvek, una tela no tejida permeable y un absorbente de humedad a base de cloruro de calcio o silica gel, este absorbente se utiliza para disminuir la humedad relativa y evitar la condensación del vapor de agua en el interior del contenedor.The blanket conditioning, absorbent and gelling water is used to protect the goods transported in containers from internal rain, without causing spills or wetting. A second presentation, which has the same conformation of the first presentation, with the difference that it replaces micro-perforated polyethylene with a layer of high density nylon fiber, tyvek, and contains super-absorbent polymer that absorbs and gels water inside. The third presentation, consisting of a layer of tyvek, a permeable non-woven fabric and a moisture absorber based on calcium chloride or silica gel, this absorbent is used to reduce relative humidity and prevent condensation of water vapor in the inside the container
