Abstract
Una composición farmacéutica que comprende un emulsionante anfifílico, un transportador líquido polar y, opcionalmente, un componente lipídico. El emulsionante anfifílico forma micelas de movimiento libre, opcionalmente portadores de lípidos (LM) en el transportador liquido polar. La composición farmacéutica está libre de hemoglobina y fluorocarburo y puede usarse para tratar condiciones relacionadas con la falta de suministro de sangre y para elevar la presión sanguínea y corregir la hipovolemia. Reivindicación 17: Un expansor de volumen sanguíneo, caracterizado porque comprende: un emulsionante anfifílico, un transportador líquido polar; y de 1 fM a 100 mM de histidina o un péptido que contiene histidina; en donde dicho emulsionante anfifílico forma micelas de movimiento libre que tienen un núcleo lipofílico en dicho transportador líquido polar, y en donde dicha composición farmacéutica está libre de hemoglobina y fluorocarburo. Reivindicación 18: El expansor de volumen sanguíneo de la reivindicación 17, caracterizado porque además comprende aceite de soja o un aceite rico en ácido graso omega 3 en una cantidad de 10 a 70% (p/v) de dicha composición farmacéutica. Reivindicación 20: El expansor de volumen sanguíneo de la reivindicación 19, caracterizado porque dicho emulsionante anfifílico comprende un fosfolípido en una cantidad de 0,5 a 50% (p/v) de dicha composición farmacéutica. Reivindicación 21: El método de la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque dicho aceite rico en ácido graso omega 3 se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en aceite de chia, aceite de algas, aceite de zapallo, aceite de lino y aceite de pescado.A pharmaceutical composition comprising an amphiphilic emulsifier, a polar liquid carrier and, optionally, a lipid component. The amphiphilic emulsifier forms free-moving micelles, optionally lipid carriers (LM) in the polar liquid carrier. The pharmaceutical composition is free of hemoglobin and fluorocarbon and can be used to treat conditions related to lack of blood supply and to raise blood pressure and correct hypovolemia. Claim 17: A blood volume expander, characterized in that it comprises: an amphiphilic emulsifier, a polar liquid carrier; and from 1 fM to 100 mM histidine or a peptide containing histidine; wherein said amphiphilic emulsifier forms free-moving micelles that have a lipophilic core in said polar liquid carrier, and wherein said pharmaceutical composition is free of hemoglobin and fluorocarbon. Claim 18: The blood volume expander of claim 17, characterized in that it further comprises soybean oil or an oil rich in omega 3 in an amount of 10 to 70% (w / v) of said pharmaceutical composition. Claim 20: The blood volume expander of claim 19, characterized in that said amphiphilic emulsifier comprises a phospholipid in an amount of 0.5 to 50% (w / v) of said pharmaceutical composition. Claim 21: The method of claim 3, characterized in that said oil rich in omega 3 fatty acid is selected from the group consisting of chia oil, seaweed oil, pumpkin oil, flax oil and fish oil.
