Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método mejorado para preparar un acelerador de yeso húmedo que comprende el uso de yeso seco que tiene un tamaño medio de partícula de aproximadamente 20 mm o menos. Adicionalmente, la presente se refiere a un método para hidratar yeso calcinado para formar una matriz interconectada de yeso fraguado que comprende el uso de yeso seco. Además, la solicitud se refiere a composiciones que contienen acelerador de yeso húmedo y yeso fraguado y productos preparados mediante el proceso y el método precedentes.Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para preparar un acelerador de yeso húmedo que comprende: (i) combinar yeso seco que tiene un tamaño medio de partícula menor de aproximadamente 20 mm y agua para formar una mezcla de yeso húmedo y (ii) triturar la mezcla de yeso húmedo durante un período de tiempo suficiente como para reducir el tamaño medio de partícula del yeso en la mezcla de yeso húmedo para formar el acelerador de yeso húmedo. Reivindicación 6: Un método para hidratar yeso calcinado para formar una matriz interconectada de yeso fraguado que comprende formar una mezcla de yeso calcinado, agua y acelerador de yeso húmedo, en donde el acelerador de yeso húmedo se prepara usando yeso seco que tiene un tamaño medio de partícula de aproximadamente 20 o menos y con lo cual se forma una matriz interconectada de yeso fraguado.
