Abstract

Es una máquina niveladora del tipo que trabaja arrastrada por un tractor y vinculada a su toma de fuerza, utilizando una especial cuchilla acunada, que se dispone inferiormente, transversal a la línea de avance, concebida para ir penetrando el suelo de manera que, durante los desplazamientos, produzca su remoción absorbiendo las irregularidades superficiales. Se constituyen desde un chasis montado sobre un par de ruedas, con capacidad para desplazarse avanzando siguiendo la misma huella del tractor, o bien adyacente a la misma. Dicho chasis es una estructura tubular alargada (1) que responde a una configuración tal como una L acostada, en la que se fija el soporte (8) portador de la vertedera (14) que contiene a la cuchilla transversal; dicha estructura tubular alargada está montada en un soporte intermediario constituido por un par de placas verticales (19) paralelas entre sí, con capacidad para girar respecto de un eje horizontal (20) accionada por un cilindro hidráulico (16); estando dicho soporte intermediario montado en un parante vertical acodado (25), manteniendo capacidad para girar hacia ambos costados respecto de un eje vertical (23), debidamente accionado por un cilindro hidráulico (33); donde dicho parante vertical acodado se apoya sobre el chasis inferior y posterior (28) de la máquina, montado en un eje horizontal (26) respecto del cual gira accionado por un cilindro hidráulico transversal (29). El soporte (8) portador de la vertedera (14) que contiene a la cuchilla transversal, está inferiormente montado en el tramo posterior del chasis tubular alargado (1), con la intercalación de un eje vertical (10) respecto del cual gira accionado por un par de cilindros hidráulicos laterales (7) que se extienden entre correspondientes soportes fijados a dicho chasis alargado y puntos extremos definidos en el referido soporte (8) portador de la vertedera (14). El chasis alargado (1), en su extremo posterior, define un corto tramo vertical que se dispone, en condición de pivotante, montado en el eje inferior horizontal (20) que está fijado en el soporte intermediario que se define con el par de placas verticales (19), entre los que se intercala un cilindro hidráulico de accionamiento (16) que se extiende entre un punto de dicho chasis alargado y soporte (18) solidario a dicho soporte intermediario.
