Abstract

Plantas transgénicas resistentes a nematodos y semillas producidas por la expresión de polinucleótidos que codifican ciertos polipéptidos vegetales. También, métodos para producir plantas transgénicas resistentes a los nematodos de los quistes de soja, en las cuales se expresan esos polinucleótidos vegetales, y vectores de expresión para usar en dichos métodos. Reivindicación 1: Una planta transgénica resistente a los nematodos caracterizada porque ha sido transformada con un vector que comprende un polinucleótido aislado que codifica un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en a) una transferasa que comprende los aminoácidos 1 a 448 de SEQ ID Nº 2; b) una oxidorreductasa relacionada con la senectud, que tiene, al menos, 69% de identidad de secuencia global con respecto a SEQ ID Nº 4; c) una histidina fosfotransferquinasa/transferasa que tiene, al menos, 73% de identidad de secuencia global con respecto a SEQ ID Nº 16; d) un polipéptido AP2/EREBP que comprende un primer dominio conservado que es, al menos, 94% idéntico al dominio que comprende los aminoácidos 138 a 253 de SEQ ID Nº 28 y un segundo dominio conservado que es 100% idéntico al motivo de unión a ADN que comprende los aminoácidos 252 a 303 de SEQ ID Nº 28; e) un polipéptido de hélice-bucle-hélice básico que comprende los aminoácidos 1 a 481 de SEQ ID Nº 38; f) un polipéptido inducible por auxina, que comprende los aminoácidos 1 a 172 de SEQ ID Nº 40; g) un polipéptido de caja F y LRR, que tiene, al menos, 85% de identidad de secuencia global con respecto a SEQ ID Nº 42; h) una glucosiltransferasa que comprende los aminoácidos 1 a 329 de SEQ ID Nº 50; i) una glucosiltransferasa que tiene, al menos, 72% de identidad de secuencia global con respecto a SEQ ID Nº 52; j) un polipéptido de dedo de zinc seleccionado del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 62 y SEQ ID Nº 64; k) una AAA ATPasa seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 66 y SEQ ID Nº 68; y I) un polipéptido que comprende un dominio BTB/POZ y un dominio de repetición de anquirina, y que tiene, al menos, 67% de identidad de secuencia global con respecto a SEQ ID Nº 70.
