Abstract
Un sistema quirúrgico incluye una fuente quirúrgica láser que funciona para emitir un rayo quirúrgico láser y una máquina tomografía de coherencia óptica que funciona para emitir un rayo tomografía de coherencia óptica. El sistema quirúrgico asimismo incluye una endosonda acoplada ópticamente a la fuente quirúrgica láser y a la máquina tomografía de coherencia óptica. La endosonda incluye una fibra tomografía de coherencia óptica para transmitir el rayo tomografía de coherencia óptica, una fibra quirúrgica láser para transmitir el rayo quirúrgico láser, y ópticas de escaneado acopladas óptimamente a la fibra tomografía de coherencia óptica y a la fibra quirúrgica láser, estando las ópticas de escaneado configuradas para escanear simultáneamente tanto el rayo tomografía de coherencia óptica como el rayo quirúrgico láser. El sistema quirúrgico incluye además un procesador programado para controlar las ópticas de escaneado para escanear el rayo tomografía de coherencia óptica y el rayo quirúrgico láser sobre una zona de tejido objetivo y detectar una señal tomografía de coherencia óptica desde la zona de tejido objetivo.
