Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Procedimiento para la produccion de un fármaco con base vegetal, con contenido en Iberis amara, Menthae piperitae folium, Matricariae flos, Carvi fructus, Melissae folium, Angelicae radix, Liquiritiae radix, Cardui mariae fructus y Chelidonii herba en forma de extractos alcoholicos, caracterizado porque se identifico que en el primer paso a) se deberían mezclar extracto de raíz de angélica y extracto de raíz de regaliz en una relacion volumétrica desde 1:6 hasta 3:1 y a continuacion en por lo menos en un siguiente paso la mezcla procedente del paso a) debía mezclarse con los extractos de los siguientes ingredientes o con la mezcla conteniendo los mismos, que previamente se habría obtenido por separado y que dado el caso, debería contener a su vez raíz de regaliz. Reivindicacion 12: Procedimiento para la produccion de un fármaco con base vegetal en conformidad con las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizado porque se establece que deberán utilizarse extractos procedentes de plantas frescas o extractos de drogas. Reivindicacion 27: Fármaco con base vegetal producido siguiendo un procedimiento en conformidad de con las reivindicaciones 1 a 26.
